The canteens are a perfect size for coffee, hot chocolate, and of course wine! I am very pleased that both ends screw off for easy cleaning. I have always disliked the musty smell that can develop in many canteens. This product offers an elegant solution. I also like the sleek design. I gave 12 of these as gifts for family members and all seem to be very excited to use these!
The bottles are nice, but will dent if dropped. My sample bottle that I was sent was dented when I received it. I had a bulk order for my company and they were months late in delivery with very poor communication. The company is in India. They agreed to put my logo on it and then couldn't follow-through on all the colors they agreed to. Very frustrating to work with.
Love that it’s metal and that is separates for access/cleaning. But the bottom gasket isn’t removable or accessible for cleaning. And the top gasket in the cap just falls out randomly, which makes the bottle a leaky mess. And if the poor-fitting gasket falls out for the 25th time and you don’t find it that time, and it happens to be one day after the 30-day guarantee on the bottle… good luck with customer service. Maybe you’ll get some help. I got none.
I had high hopes for this item, as the design is stylish and features seemed quite useful! Unfortunately, it was a disappointment... the bottle began to leak after only a few months of use; it appears as though the parts do not completely seal. I tried to contact customer service on multiple occasions (emailed twice and facebook messenger); however, I have yet to receive a response. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience with both the product and team.
Bottle works great. no leaks and I can clean the bottom with the removable base. I wish the top was a bit larger so I can fill it easier (My cooler has no spigots so it's tough to align perfectly) and 17 oz is just barely enough. 24 oz or larger would make me buy another one.
