Insulation and thickness wasn’t great, compared to Camelback type of alternatives.
The new bottles are the same as all other brands I don't get it ! The old bottles were great I best I have all time really . So easy to clean in the bottle just remove the bottom and the top came apart ok . So why change it ???
First of all, it took 10 days to arrive! Second of all, they sent the wrong size item. Third, you can't get your hand inside to clean it thoroughly so I don't understand why it's supposedly an innovative clean hydration system.
Purchaced three Sport 23 bottles. Only recieved two in shipping, one of the two leaks around the gasket. We have attempted to contact the company for months to correct the issue and they have not responded. No phone number available, they do not respond to their inquieries. I would not recommend purchacing anything from the company at this time.
I have two of these bottles and use them for road riding. The valves are indeed fairly easy to clean but the bottle is no easier to clean or dry than much less expensive ones. The biggest problem with the bottle is to get water from them while riding. You have to squeeze the bottle excessively to get any water past the flapper valve and then it doesn’t come out quickly. I loved the old bottles but cannot recommend these new ones even though I really wanted to do so.
